Jason Stein, M.D.
Director and Co-Founder
Dr. Stein is founder and co-chairman of Actin Biomed, a healthcare investment firm advancing the discovery and development of novel treatments for unmet medical needs. He is also a co-founder of Archer Biosciences, an Actin company developing therapies designed to address the urgent unmet needs of cancer patients.
Dr. Stein received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from Saba University.
Michael Weiser, M.D., Ph.D.
Director and Co-Founder
Dr. Weiser is founder and co-chairman of Actin Biomed, a healthcare investment firm advancing the discovery and development of novel treatments for unmet medical needs. He is also a co-founder of Archer Biosciences, an Actin company developing therapies designed to address the urgent unmet needs of cancer patients.
Dr. Weiser currently serves on the boards of directors of several publicly traded and privately held companies.
Dr. Weiser completed his doctorate in molecular neurobiology at Cornell University Medical College, received a medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and a bachelor of arts in psychology from University of Vermont.
Stephen C. Rocamboli
Director
Mr. Rocamboli is founder of Integrin Partners, LLC. Integrin Partners, with offices in Newton, MA and Beijing, China, identifies investment opportunities for and provides M & A and product acquisition/disposition advisory services to life science companies and investors. Prior to founding Integrin, Mr. Rocamboli was President of a venture backed development stage pharmaceutical company and spent nearly a decade as an integral member of a small team of executives that founded and financed over 20 bio-pharmaceutical companies.
Mr. Rocamboli has been a member of the board of directors of numerous public and private companies and is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (J.D.) and the State University of New York at Albany (B.A.).
