Foresight Biotherapeutics' lead candidate FST-100 targets the dual clinical needs of microbial eradication and inflammation in ocular infections. FST-100 has the potential to be an important new treatment across a range of infections of the eye where microbial resistance, public contagion and long-term damage to a patient's vision is a major concern.
FST-100 is in clinical development for adenoviral conjunctivitis, and is being evaluated for other ophthalmic indications.
Foresight Biotherapeutics portfolio also includes FST-201, a topical formulation of PVP-I and Dexamethasone for otic application currently in development for various otic indications.
